Found us exactly what we were looking for. Helped guide us all the way from negotiations, inspections, etc. all the way through closing. Since we were still living out-of-state at the time and could not be present after the initial contract, they handled everything from that point on. We had no choice but to rely on their expertise and they never let us down. They did not make any promises that they did not keep. The home we purchased was a Fannie Mae foreclosure that had been unoccupied for a long time, but was pretty much in move in condition.
